The invention relates to a runway device capable of removing haze and snow and rain. Drainage ports, air exhaust pipes and navigation lamp devices are installed on a runway subgrade; a drainage pipe and hollow pipelines are installed below the runway subgrade; storage batteries and fans are installed in the hollow pipes; rainwater sensors, solar cell panels, bird repellent devices and air exhaust ports are installed on the navigation lamp devices; the storage batteries are recharged by the installed solar cell panels. At night, the navigation lamps are on, under the condition of fog, the rainwater sensors work and then the fans are started to work, the wind force of hot wind of the fans is blown to the air and the runway through the air exhaust ports in the navigation lamp devices, and hot wind exhaust ports in the air exhaust pipes, the hot air flow is formed, air becomes thinner, the haze over the runway is naturally dissipated, and the visibility of the runway is improved; under the condition of snow and rain, redundant rainwater flows into the drainage pipe through the drainage ports, the runway subgrade can be kept dry in the shortest time under the effect of wind, the snow and rain are not accumulated on the runway, and the safety of take-off and landing of the aircraft is guaranteed.
