The invention provides a micro-crystalline ceramic liquid directly converted by iron-making slag and a production method. The micro-crystalline ceramic liquid is prepared from the following basic components in percentage by weight: 45 to 55% of SiO2, 10 to 20% of CaO, 4 to 8% of MgO, 6 to 15% of Al2O3, and 4 to 20% of Fe2O3; the micro-crystalline ceramic liquid also contains F, WC and Cr2O3. The production method comprises the following steps: detecting the content of each component in iron ores and iron-making auxiliary materials; calculating the batch composition according to the contents of the basic components SiO2, CaO, MgO, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 in the micro-crystalline ceramic liquid; then feeding into a blast furnace to melt to obtain the micro-crystalline ceramic liquid. The method is applicable to treatment of iron cores of various types; the iron-making process is simplified and can be performed by one step; a nucleation agent is added at the initial stage of the iron-making process and directly converted into micro-crystalline ceramic liquid, so that no wastewater is drained, and as a result, the environmental pollution is reduced, reheating is avoided, the energy is saved, and the production cost is reduced.
