A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses an antifreezing modifier for cement. The modifier is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1.5-3.5 parts of asbestos, 2.5-3.8 parts of nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether methyl phosphate ethanolamine salt, 2.5-5 parts of trifluoromethyl oxirane, 0.5-1.2 parts of 2-methylacetic acid, 1.5-2.2 parts of coconut oil glycol amide, 1.8-3.3 parts of phenylacetic acid, 1.2-1.8 parts of tributyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and 3.5-5.2 parts of N-methyl fatty amide taurine salt. Compared with the cement modifier of the prior art, the cement modifier provided by the invention has low cost, effectively solves the technical problems of hardened cement, poor water resistance, little cohesive force, no abrasion resistance and no freezing resistance; and it is proven by a large number of experiments that the ordinary cement added with the modifier of the invention gains greatly improved performances.
