Graphene oxide based composite material for cement-based materials and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene oxide based composite material for cement-based materials. The graphene oxide based composite material is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of modified graphene oxide nano lamella dispersion, 120-140 parts of a macromonomer aqueous solution, 30-40 parts of an aqueous solution of a micromonomer mixture and 30-40 parts of an initiator aqueous solution. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the graphene oxide based composite material for cement-based materials. After the graphene oxide based composite material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is doped in a cement material, the water-reducing rate is high, the primary liquidity is good, and the subsequent reinforcing and toughening effects are good; meanwhile, the composite material can be used for greatly reducing the mixing amount of graphene oxide, and the method and the product disclosed by the invention have the advantages of unique preparation process and remarkable economic and social benefits.
