The invention relates to a preparation method of a nanometer BaxLa1-xNi0.2Fe0.8O3 material. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: with BaCl2, La(NO3)3.6H2O, Ni(NO3)2.6H2O and Fe2(SO4)3.9H2O as raw materials, preparing a nano BaxLa1-xNi0.2Fe0.8O3 precursor (x=0.2-0.4) by a coprecipitation-sintering process; and burning the precursor, so as to obtain the nano BaxLa1-xNi0.2Fe0.8O3 material (x=0.2-0.4). The method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, few in required equipment, low in investment, low in production cost and high in efficiency; and the obtained product is high in purity, and has a good industrial utilization prospect.
