Highly-oriented lead-free piezoelectric textured ceramic material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a highly-oriented lead-free piezoelectric textured ceramic material and a preparation method and an application thereof. The material has the chemical composition conforming to the chemical general formula (1-x)[(1-a)BNT-aBKT]-xST, wherein 0.16<=a<=0.22, 0<=x<=0.27, BNT is Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3, BKT is Bi0.5K0.5TiO3, and ST is SrTiO3. The preparation method comprises the preparation steps: 1) preparing a corresponding base material and a corresponding template; 2) proportioning the template and the base material according to a certain proportion, placing in a ball milling tank, adding a solvent, and carrying out roller grinding to prepare a slurry; casting the slurry to obtain a film sheet; cutting the film sheet, laminating, and carrying out hot press molding; and taking out the pressed sample, carrying out heat treatment, and thus obtaining the good-orientation lead-free piezoelectric textured ceramic material. Compared with the prior art, the obtained lead-free piezoelectric textured ceramic material has the advantages of high orientation degree, high density and excellent strain performance, and is widely used in piezoelectric sensors, piezoelectric motors, high-precision displacement controllers and other aspects.
