Treatment method for recovering zirconia ceramic injection feedstock
The invention provides a treatment method for recovering zirconia ceramic injection feedstock. The treatment method comprises the following steps: calcining zirconia ceramic injection feedstock in an ozone atmosphere at low temperature so as to obtain zirconia ceramic powder, wherein the low temperature is at 200-300 DEG C; ball-milling the calcined zirconia ceramic so as to obtain a dispersed slurry; carrying magnetic separation and deironing on the dispersed slurry; and after deironing, drying the slurry. According to the step method disclosed by the invention, by the processes of ozone calcining at low temperature as well as ball-milling and impurity removing, the problems that a generated polymer becomes aged after the long-term consumption of the feedstock and the activity of zirconia powder is reduced due to high-temperature calcining are avoided; the treatment method can be used for removing impurities in the injection-molded feedstock after being used for multiple times, and meanwhile, the treatment method can be used for guaranteeing the activity and quality of the zirconia to the greatest extent and improving the utilization rate of resources.
