Boric nano titanium carbonitride solid solution powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a boric nano titanium carbonitride solid solution powder and a preparation method thereof. The boric nano titanium carbonitride solid solution powder comprises 0.1-5% of B, 5-14% of C, 5-15% of N, 4-38% of M and the balance of Ti, wherein the M is composed of at least one of W, Mo, V, Cr, Ta and Nb. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the raw materials into a mixed solution, and drying to obtain a precursor mixed powder; calcining the precursor mixed powder; carrying out carbon thermal reduction and solid solution on the calcined powder; and purifying the synthesized powder. The boric nano titanium carbonitride solid solution powder can be used for preparing the boric titanium carbonitride block, can be used as a spray powder for preparing a wear-resistant coating, and can also be used as an enhanced-phase power for preparing a particle-enhanced metal-base composite material. The method greatly lowers the reaction temperature and shortens the reaction time. The average particle size of the prepared boric titanium carbonitride solid solution powder is less than or equal to 100nm; and the boric titanium carbonitride solid solution powder has the advantages of uniform component element distribution and lower impurity content.
