The invention discloses a centralized fermentation house for a mushroom compost, which is simple in operation, and convenient and reliable in management. The centralized fermentation house not only can save labor power and energy, but also can improve the fermentation quality of the mushroom compost. The centralized fermentation house comprises a primary fermentation house and a secondary fermentation house. Concrete prefabricated plates provided with through holes are arranged on the grounds of both of the primary fermentation house and the secondary fermentation house. The gap between each concrete prefabricated plate and each ground of the fermentation houses is in a range from 0.3m to 1m. High-pressure blower fans are connected to the primary fermentation house and the secondary fermentation house, respectively. Air outlets arranged at the lower ends of the high-pressure blower fans communicate with the gap between each concrete prefabricated plate and each ground of the fermentation house, and the air inlets arranged at the upper ends of the high-pressure blower fans communicate with the top ends of the primary fermentation house and the secondary fermentation house. A plurality of air exhaust openings are formed in the top ends of the primary fermentation house and the secondary fermentation house.
