Railway ballastless track walking type doffing testbed
The invention relates to a railway ballastless track walking type doffing testbed. The railway ballastless track walking type doffing testbed comprises a bearing walking device, a wheel pair supporting and moving device, a wheel pair lifting device, vehicle wheel pairs and a control device, wherein the bearing walking device is characterized in that two pairs of walking wheel pairs matched with steel rails of a railway are installed on a chassis, and one pair of walking wheel pairs have power; the wheel pair supporting and moving device is characterized in that the lower portions of supporting blocks are connected with the chassis through two longitudinal sliding rails, and the front portions of the supporting blocks are connected with electric pushing rods. The vehicle wheel pairs are arranged on the two supporting blocks; the wheel pair lifting device is characterized in that a vertical support is arranged in the middle of the chassis, a steel wire rope is wound on a fixed pulley at the top of the vertical support to be connected with a winch and a hoisting positioning block, the back side of the hoisting positioning block is connected with the vertical support through a vertical sliding rail, and an electromagnet is fixed to the lower end of the hoisting positioning block. Four lifting devices are installed on the bottom face of the chassis. When the railway ballastless track walking type doffing testbed is used for performing a ballastless track doffing impact test, obtained test results are more accurate and more reliable, so that the more reliable basis can be provided for designing, construction and maintenance of a ballastless track.
