The invention discloses a construction method for inhibiting the disintegration of a granite residual soil subgrade by cement and fiber. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out investigation on a construction site, carrying out field sampling, carrying out indoor test determination, carrying out construction layout and cleaning the site; preparing materials, namely, preparing various improved materials and equipment machine tools needed by construction according to the test results; arranging a drainage system; selecting a trial pavement section, constructing and testing the quality; carrying out the next step after the section is qualified; calculating the earth volume to be improved, and calculating the total quantity of the needed cement and fiber according to the earth volume; carrying out subgrade construction, and testing the quality; carrying out the next step after the quality is qualified; checking the surface of the subgrade, reshaping and carrying out slope trimming. According to the construction method, the original subgrade soil body is dug, crushed, mixed with right amount of cement and glass fiber, and the processed soil body is flattened, compacted and maintained, so that the improved soil subgrade with high stability and high strength can be formed, and the harm to the pavement of the subgrade caused by the water disintegration of the subgrade at the granite residual soil area can be effectively alleviated.
