The invention provides a construction method of anti-freezing base cloth for a permafrost subgrade, relating to the field of road construction. The method comprises the following steps: 1. determining the specification of the base cloth; 2. laying the base cloth; and 3. selecting seal coat asphalt oil. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the underground water is effectively prevented from rising, and the damage to the pavement structure is prevented; after being separated by an asphalt compound waterproof layer along the upward direction, the underground water is discharged from the two horizontal sides, so that the water pressure in the road structure can be reduced, and the construction method has an important function of stabilizing the whole structure; according to the construction method, the construction period is short, the effect is good and the construction cost is low.
