Application method of nano stratified material in cement stabilized crushed stone base
The invention provides an application method of a nano stratified material in a cement stabilized crushed stone base. The nano stratified material is capable of improving the properties of the cement stabilized crushed stone base, and effectively improving the mechanical properties and the shrinkage resistance capability. The nano stratified material is a mineral material such as attapulgite, montmorillonite and kaolinite, and the amount of the nano stratified material in cement stabilized crushed stone is 5%-15%. According to the application method, the nano stratified material is uniformly mixed with cement at the nano scale, the fluidity and the particle surface characteristics of the cement are improved, the microstructure of the cement slurry is hardened, and the internal pores of the cement stabilized crushed stone base are filled to enhance the compactness, the bonding force and the overall strength of the cement stabilized crushed stone base and improve the water retention property of the cement stabilized crushed stone base, and therefore, the cracks of the cement stabilized crushed stone base can be wholly reduced.
