The invention discloses a bridge and culvert formwork machine. The bridge and culvert formwork machine is characterized in that the machine comprises a cross beam (9) which is connected with stand columns (5), walking wheels (6) are arranged at the bottoms of the stand columns (5) and located on a guide rail (7), side supporting legs (1) are arranged on the two sides of the cross beam (9), and the side supporting legs (1) and the stand columns (5) are provided with outer formwork supporting devices (2) and inner formwork supporting devices (4) respectively, wherein the outer formwork supporting devices (2) and the inner formwork supporting devices (4) are used for being connected with dies (3). When construction is carried out through a formwork, construction is quick and efficient, manpower is reduced, a crane and other devices are not needed, and cost is saved.
