Method for reducing side load effect
The invention discloses a method for reducing an side load effect. The method comprises the following steps: (1) forming a foundation pit in a step-slope excavation manner; (2) constructing a main structure; (3) mounting a fixed padding device; (4) mounting a tensioning device and pre-tightening; (5) refilling soils or other side loads; and (6) clearing the tensioning device and the fixed padding device. According to the method, the adverse effect in a bottom plate, caused by overlarge side loads in an integrated structure construction process, can be reduced, the maximum hogging moment of the bottom plate in the construction process can be reduced, the cracking of concrete is effectively prevented, and the durability of the structure is enhanced; moreover, the method is simple in construction and convenient to implement; the tensioning device also can be recovered and repeatedly utilized, so that the construction cost is reduced.
