Two-segment type rotary-excavating expanded bore pile construction method
The invention relates to a two-segment type rotary-excavating expanded bore pile construction method. The method includes the steps that first, a pile center is positioned and a pile casing is installed; second, a conventional rotary drilling rig device and a conventional technology are adopted, and an equal-diameter part is constructed to reach a preset elevation through rotation, soil excavation, lifting, soil unloading and slurry displacement retaining wall hole forming of an equal-diameter drilling bucket; third, a drill stem is lifted to the ground, and the equal-diameter soil taking drilling bucket is disassembled and replaced with a special two-segment type rotary-excavating underreaming bit; fourth, the two-segment type underreaming bit is lowered till the bottom expanding elevation is achieved, upper size-enlarging rotary-excavating construction of bottom expanding is performed, and lifting and soil unloading are performed in the process; fifth, after upper size-enlarging rotary-excavating construction is completed, lower size-enlarging rotary-excavating construction is performed, and lifting and soil unloading are performed in the process till the whole bottom expanding is completed; sixth, hole cleaning, reinforcement cage lowering and concrete pouring are performed. According to the construction method, an expanded head is formed according to the upper portion and the lower portion, loads of a machine are reduced, and the bottom expanding efficiency is higher. The problems that force applied to a conventional underreaming bit used for one-time expanding and forming is large, and the conventional underreaming bit is high in load and low in efficiency are solved.
