Construction method for backfilling foundation pit by mud and sand
The invention relates to a construction method for backfilling a foundation pit by mud and sand. The construction method includes the process steps: setting mud and sand pools and water pools on an engineering site at intervals, and setting an on-site mixing station on one side of the mud and sand pools and the water pools; transporting mud and sand to the engineering site, stacking the mud and sand in the mud and sand pools, and discharging pumped underground water in the engineering site to the water pools; placing the mud and sand into a hopper of the on-site mixing station by the aid of a forklift, pumping water from the water pools, filling water in the hopper, and mixing the mud and sand and the water to form mortar; placing a movable concrete pump truck at a discharge port of the on-site mixing station, connecting a concrete pump tube at a discharge port of the pump truck, and enabling the concrete pump tube to lead to the gap position of the foundation pit needing to be backfilled; arranging persons to use vibrating needle to vibrate at the positions cast the mortar; setting a pumping device every 30 meters along the gap length direction of the foundation pit; backfilling the foundation pit with the mud and sand in a layered manner, and keeping pumping until the backfilled mud and sand finishes depositing. The height of each layer does not exceed 50cm. The construction method has the advantages that the construction method is simple to implement, low in manufacturing cost, fine in effect, environmentally friendly and free of pollution, backfilling materials are easily obtained and the like.
