The invention discloses a self-adaptive pile foundation quickly built on a damaged road after a disaster. The self-adaptive pile foundation is composed of one-way stop mechanisms, spherical hinges, limiting grooves, pile jaws, supports and the like. Pile feet are composed of the one-way stop mechanisms, the spherical hinges and the pile jaws and used for adapting to uneven road surfaces. The one-way stop mechanisms are composed of pawls, springs, racks and the like. The limiting grooves are formed in the two sides of each pawl, and better cooperation of the pawls and the racks is guaranteed. The supports can be kept horizontal when adjusted by the pile feet. The pile jaws are connected to the pile feet through the spherical hinges. The contact area of a system and the road can be increased.
