The invention provides a replaceable enhancement type water joint for an immersed tunnel and belongs to the technical field of engineering tests and testing. One end of each water stop steel sheet is connected with a steel shell, and the other ends of the water stop steel sheets are embedded into concrete top or bottom plates. An A-typed end steel shell and a B-typed end steel shell are fixedly connected with the concrete plates respectively. High expansion rubber on the two ends is respectively fixed to the steel shells on the two ends. A meshing seam is reserved between the high expansion rubber on the two ends. The meshing seam between the high expansion rubber is of a zigzag shape, and the two pieces of high expansion rubber are meshed with each other. When the water stop effect of one high expansion rubber water stop reduces, the high expansion rubber water stop can be dismounted and replaced. According to the replaceable enhancement type water joint for the immersed tunnel, the problems that when water permeation and even water leakage occur on a GINA water stop and an OMEGA water stop at the positions of flexible joints of the immersed tunnel, it is difficult to block the leakage and the GINA water stop and the OMEGA water stop cannot be replaced are solved.
