An anti-theft inspection well cover is formed by a well cover and a base seat which are matched with each other, the middle of the well cover is provided with a through hole, a key cylinder is arranged in the through hole, the lower end of the key cylinder is connected with a gear, the bottom of the well cover is provided with two latch rods, the rear portions of the latch rods are provided with convex teeth which are meshed with the gear, the front end portion of one latch rod passes through the side wall of the well cover, and a blind hole corresponding to the front end of the latch rod is formed in the inner wall of the base seat. After the well cover covers the base seat, a key is inserted into the key cylinder, the key cylinder is rotated, the latch rods are transmitted by the gear connected with the lower end of the key cylinder to enable the front end of one latch rod to extend into the blind hole in the inner wall of the base seat, the key is pulled out, and the locking of the well cover and the base seat is completed. The anti-theft inspection well cover is reasonable in structure, convenient to use and reliable, and has better anti-theft performance.
