The invention discloses a bulldozer front working device. A bulldozing plate is connected with a left push bar through a first hinge assembly in a hinged mode and connected with a right push bar through a second hinge assembly in a hinged mode; a side position support bar is arranged between the bulldozing plate and the left push bar, and the side position support bar is connected with the bulldozing plate through a third hinge assembly in a hinged mode and connected with the left push bar through a fourth hinge assembly in a hinged mode; a turnover driving device is arranged between the bulldozing plate and the right push bar, and the turnover driving device is connected with the bulldozing plate through a fifth hinge assembly in a hinged mode and connected with the right push bar through a sixth hinge assembly in a hinged mode; the left push bar is connected with a rack through a seventh hinge assembly in a hinged mode, and the right push bar is connected with the rack through an eighth hinge assembly in a hinged mode; the inner side of the left push bar is provided with a left fulcrum bar, the inner side of the right push bar is provided with a right fulcrum bar, and the left fulcrum bar is connected with the right fulcrum bar through a ninth hinge assembly in a hinged mode. The transverse loading distribution of the bulldozer front working device is more uniform, and the structural strength is higher. The invention further discloses a bulldozer using the bulldozer front working device.
