A kitchen water saving device comprises a first water tank and a second water tank. The first water tank is communicated with a city sewage pipe network, and the second water tank is connected to a water collection tank through a pipeline. The first water tank and the second water tank are connected through a pipeline, and a valve is arranged on the pipeline. When the water, which has been used to wash the dishes or vegetables, cannot be recycled and reutilized, the water can be directly discharged to the city sewage pipe network through the first water tank; when the water, which has been used to wash articles, can be recycled and reutilized, the water can be stored in the water collection tank through the second water tank, and the stored water can be used to water the flowers and flush the toilet.
