The invention provides a sticky note for manufacturing wall 3D inorganic wallpaper on site. The sticky note is characterized in that the sticky note at least comprises a sticky note body, the sticky note body comprises a surface layer, a first adhesive sticker bonding layer and first release paper, the sticky note further comprises a transfer film, the transfer film comprises a transparent thin film, a second adhesive sticker bonding layer and second release paper, and the bonding power of the first adhesive sticker bonding layer is larger than that of the second adhesive sticker bonding layer. The invention further provides a method for manufacturing the wall 3D inorganic wallpaper on site by means of the sticky note. The method comprises the steps of 1, coating of a bottom color coating, 2, sticking of the sticky note, 3, coating of a first face color coating, 4, coating or spraying of a second surface layer coating, 5, texture modeling and 6, removal of the sticky note. According to the method, the unique 3D decoration wallpaper effect can be shown, no VOC or benzene or formaldehyde or heavy metal or other hazardous substances will be generated, and the obtained wallpaper is novel, green and ecological.
