The invention discloses an architectural decoration building plate and a production method of the architectural decoration building plate. According to the shape, the size and the thickness of the building plate, a plastic mold with the concave-convex or pattern-shaped inner face is designed, and paste manufactured through the raw material formula with the proportion of white cement to quartz sand to a strengthened brightening agent to pigment to calcium carbonate being 1:1:1.5:0.02:0.3 is injected into the plastic mold to be used as a surface backing material of the building plate; then, a layer of curing material made of wood flour, shell powder and white cement with the proportion being 1:1:1 is poured on the backing material; common silicon is poured into a gap of the mold, and jolt ramming, screeding, maintenance and demoulding are carried out after the gap of the mold is filled with the common silicon in a poured manner; and a finished product is obtained.
