Integrated external wall heat insulation and decoration structure
The invention discloses an integrated external wall heat insulation and decoration structure. The integrated external wall heat insulation and decoration structure is of a multilayer composite structure and comprises a stone layer, a heat insulation layer, a reinforcement layer and a back bolt, wherein the heat insulation layer is formed by aerogel boards, the reinforcement layer is arranged between the stone layer and the heat insulation layer and made of heavy glass fiber cloth, and the back bolt is used for fixing the heat insulation layer. The reinforcement layer is fixed to the back surface of the stone layer in an adhering mode. The back bolt comprises a front-end fixing bolt, a sleeve and a back-end fixing bolt. An embedded end is arranged on the end face of the bolt head of the front-end fixing bolt and extends outwards in the axial direction of the front-end fixing bolt, and the external diameter of the embedded end is gradually increased in the extension direction, so that the embedded end is of a circular truncated cone shape. The embedded end is fixed in an embedment counter bore, matched with the embedded end, in the back surface of the stone layer. The screw rod and the bolt head of the front-end fixing bolt penetrate through the reinforcement layer to be in screw joint with the sleeve. The other end of the sleeve penetrates through the heat insulation layer to be in screw joint with the back-end fixing bolt. The integrated external wall heat insulation and decoration structure has the advantages of being light in self-weight, high in strength, good in heat insulation performance and low in manufacturing cost and installation construction cost.
