The invention relates to a coiled material floor with an odor removal function and an antifouling function. The coiled material floor comprises a UV processing layer, a PVC wear-resisting layer, a PVC reinforcing layer, a fiber reinforcing layer and a foaming buffer layer in sequence from top to bottom. The coiled material floor is characterized in that deodorant and antifoulant are added to the UV processing layer. The coiled material floor has the advantages that the deodorant and the antifoulant are added to the UV processing layer, so that a certain odor removal effect and a certain antifouling effect are generated when the coiled material floor is laid and used in a room.
