The invention relates to a flushing-free toilet capable of collecting urine and excrement separately. The toilet comprises a box type or cylinder type space structure with a door. A toilet body is disposed in the space structure. The toilet body is provided with a rear excrement part and a urinal. An excrement collecting bag which is provided with a seal device and matched with the rear excrement part is disposed beside the toilet body. A urine collecting body which is provided with a seal device and matched with the front urinal is disposed beside the toilet body. The space structure is further provided an AED, a coin-operated vending machine, a coin-operated oxygen generator and/or video playing system inside. The interior or the outside of the space structure is further provided with a shelf type storage rack and/or advertising light box. The top of the space structure is provided with a solar photovoltaic power generating system. The bottom of the space structure is provided with wheels. The flushing-free toilet has the advantages that the urine and the excrement can be collected and sealed separately, waste can be turned into wealth and used as resources, pollution is reduced, and the mobile toilet is simple to manufacture, low in cost, capable of being popularized favorably, convenient to move, convenient for reasonable dispatching, and ideal.
