The invention relates to a garage entering and exiting ramp for an underground garage. The garage entering and exiting ramp comprises a reinforced concrete ramp body on the base layer and a fine aggregate concrete ramp body on the surface layer, wherein the surface of the fine aggregate concrete ramp body is provided with sawtooth-shaped protruding strips. A heating layer is arranged between the reinforced concrete ramp body and the fine aggregate concrete ramp body, and heating cables and concrete are arranged in the heating layer. A second drainage groove is formed in the middle of the upper surface of the fine aggregate concrete ramp body, and the width of the second drainage groove ranges from 4 cm to 6 cm. The protruding strips, on the two sides of the second drainage groove, on the fine aggregate concrete ramp body incline toward the second drainage groove by the inclination angle ranging from 3 degrees to 6 degrees.
