The invention discloses a mechanical interlocking magnetic anti-theft lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely disconnected with a connector and a front lock cylinder, a connecting hole is formed in the front of the rear lock cylinder, the back of the rear lock cylinder is fixed with a connecting tongue, and the connecting tongue penetrates through a via hole. A magnetic pushing lock and an attracting lock are hidden in a lock body and the lock cylinder and dead lock the rear lock cylinder, and a side lock device and a hook lock device dead lock the front lock cylinder. Mechanical interlocking, invisibility and connecting invisibility of the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder are integrated, a thief can not open the magnetic pushing lock, the attracting lock, the side lock device or the hook lock device simultaneously, and the rear lock cylinder can not be rotated. Even if a barbarous method is used for damaging the side lock device and the hook lock device, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, the rear lock cylinder is not rotated, and a complete and thorough theft prevention function is achieved.
