Assembly technology of electroplated padlock
The invention relates to assembly technology of an electroplated padlock. The technology comprises the following steps that firstly, a spring and an upper marble are placed in each padlock body marble hole of a padlock body respectively by dedicated tweezers; secondly, a lower marble is placed in each padlock core marble hole of a padlock cylinder, meanwhile, a push rod is inserted in a key groove of the padlock cylinder; thirdly, the padlock cylinder is inserted in a padlock cylinder hole in the padlock body, when the padlock cylinder is inserted, the push rod is located on the side close to the upper marbles, and therefore the front end of the push rod can make contact with the upper marbles in an abutting and jacking mode to force the upper marbles to retract in the marble holes of the padlock body and ensure smooth insertion of the padlock cylinder; fourthly, when the whole padlock cylinder is inserted, the padlock cylinder is rotated a certain angle to enable the upper marbles to be abutted against the lower marbles in a jacking mode, and then the push rod is pulled out. The assembly technology enables the padlock to be electroplated first, and then parts such as the padlock cylinder, the marbles and the springs are arranged, therefore, negative effects of electroplate liquid on the parts in the electroplate process are avoided, and the flexibility, durability, firmness, beauty and reliability of the electroplated padlock are improved.

The assembly technology enables the padlock to be electroplated first, and then parts such as the padlock cylinder, the marbles and the springs are arranged, therefore, negative effects of electroplate liquid on the parts in the electroplate process are avoided, and the flexibility, durability, firmness, beauty and reliability of the electroplated padlock are improved.
