The invention discloses a cam type grease-free automatic door closer which is mounted between a fixed object and a door. The cam type grease-free automatic door closer comprises a first device and a second device, wherein the first device comprises an ejector rod, the second device is provided with a cam, the ejector rod usually bears the acting force of a spring element and elastically abuts against the working curved surface of the cam, when door opening operation is carried out, the ejector rod can slide relatively along the working curved face of the cam to compress the spring element, and when a user releases a door, due to the fact that the spring element returns, the ejector rod and the cam are made to return to the door closed position, and the operation of automatic door closing is completed.
