The invention discloses a roof greening brick, comprising a lower-layer brick body and an upper-layer brick body which are laid on a roof. The upper-layer brick body and the lower-layer brick body are both in rectangular structures and are same in size, and the upper-layer brick body is placed on the lower-layer brick body. The lower-layer brick body is provided with a plurality of water storage grooves in an array distribution, the tops of the plurality of water storage grooves are open, and the bottoms of the water storage grooves are in closed structures. Planting grooves are arranged on the upper-layer brick body at positions corresponding to those of the water storage grooves on the lower-layer brick body. The tops of the plurality of planting grooves are open, the bottoms of the planting grooves extend into the inside of the water storage grooves corresponding to the planting grooves, and a plurality of leakage holes for water flowing through are arranged on the bottom of the planting grooves. With the adoption of the roof greening brick, on the one hand, sufficient water can be supplied for greening plants and frequent watering is not needed, and on the other hand, the greening plants are planted in the planting grooves without laying a great amount of soil, so that resource is saved, and environment protection is achieved.
