Forklift with digging claw and quartering hammer
The invention provides a forklift with a digging claw and a quartering hammer. The forklift mainly consists of a forklift body, a rack, fork boxes, a connection block, oil cylinders, the quartering hammer and the digging claw, wherein the fork boxes are fixedly arranged at the both sides of the rack; a locking device is mounted on each fork box; two connection blocks are fixedly arranged on the rack; the upper ends of the two oil cylinders are hinged to an oil cylinder base of the rack; one quartering hammer is hinged to one connection block and the lower end of one oil cylinder; a pair of a handle head and a handle middle section for the digging claw are hinged to lower ends of one connection block and one oil cylinder respectively. During impact operation, a fork of the forklift body is inserted into the fork boxes and is locked. When the quartering hammer carries out impact grinding on rocks or a concrete pavement, the digging claw is retracted upwards. When the digging claw is used for digging fragments and residues, the quartering hammer is retracted, so that the digging claw and the quartering hammer are in mutual noninterference. A plurality of rod jaws are arranged on the digging claw, so that vacancy areas of impact and non-impact interfaces of the concrete pavement can be conveniently dug. If gravels are not dug away, a lower layer covered by the gravels cannot be impacted. Compared with a manner of using a drill rod to dig the fragments, the working efficiency is several times higher during the operation of the quartering hammer. Workers can conveniently operate, and the operation range of the forklift can be widened.
