The invention discloses a magnesium slag processing method for cement. A pulverization agent disclosed by the invention is subjected to calcination and acidification treatment through coal ash, so that the specific surface area and the porosity can be effectively increased. A plurality of tiny holes are formed, and the processed pulverization agent is mixed and heated together with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and boric acid, so that the particle surface is relatively coarse and the adhesivity is increased; raise dust and an ammonia material can be effectively absorbed; and coal ash, gypsum and the like are adopted as main materials for the pulverization agent, do not need to be sieved, are directly mixed with a magnesium slag material, and can be used as cement materials, so that cyclic utilization of the raw materials is achieved.
