The invention discloses a preparation method of low-temperature-resistant anti-crack asphalt pavement material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting heated asphalt in a high speed shearing machine; starting the high speed shearing machine and controlling the shearing rotating speed at 4000-5500r/min, wherein the temperature at 240-260 DEG C; then adding ABS resin and epoxy resin, and shearing for 15-25 minutes at a high speed; then adding magnesium hydrate, diatomite, fibers, glutaric acid, acrylic anhydride and polyethylene glycol, wherein the shearing rotating speed is 6000-8000r/min and the temperature is 210-225 DEG C; and after shearing, putting in an oven for 80-100 minutes, and drying and standing to obtain the low-temperature-resistant anti-crack asphalt pavement material. The low-temperature-resistant anti-crack asphalt pavement material disclosed by the invention has good compressive strength and flexural strength, and when the temperature is reduced to a great extent, the pavement can be prevented from cracking.
