The invention belongs to the field of constructional concrete and relates to a concrete blending agent. The concrete blending agent comprises, by weight, 20-30% of triethanolamine, 3-5% of tartaric acid, 12-25% of ferric trichloride, 8-12% of sodium chloride, 22-25% of cane sugar, 5-10% of a surfactant and 20-35% of sodium dodecanesulphonate. The anti-freezing concrete has a reasonable formula, is convenient for use, has effects of water reduction, cure slowing, early strength, fracture resistance, leakage resistance, freeze protection, pumping and wear resistance performances and is a multifunctional concrete blending agent.
