Modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer, integrated wall panel and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer, an integrated wall panel and a preparation method thereof. The modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer contains the following components in percentage by weight: 40% of polyether polyol, 5% of flame retardants, 5% of nanometer silicon dioxide and 50% of isocyanate; the integrated wall panel comprises an aluminum plate and a rigid polyurethane foam, wherein the rigid polyurethane foam is the modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer, and the modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer is externally wrapped with an aluminum foil. The modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer, the integrated wall panel and the preparation method thereof which are provided by the invention can be used for sufficiently combining and modifying the flame retardants with the polyether polyol and the isocyanate by adopting the nanometer silicon dioxide; and in addition, the modified rigid polyurethane foam heat-insulating layer provided by the invention is increased in fireproof grade and high in heat-insulating property and achieves the flame-retardant grade of A2 grade.
