The invention provides a track measuring instrument with fiber optical determination. The track measuring instrument comprises a base plate, a fixed plate, a fixed bracket, a fiber optical gyroscope, a computer controller, rolling wheels, track clamping devices and a power, wherein the gauge, the height, the direction, the level, the versine and the twist of the track and other parameters are detected through the fiber optical gyroscope, a detection signal is transmitted to the computer controller through a signal wire, information is denoised and extracted through the computer controller, a line data report is generated from a detection result through data information processing, and the line data report is transmitted to a displaying device of a track control center through long-distance communications for displaying.
