The invention relates to a total station leveling and fixing device for a high speed railway track measurement trolley. In the smoothness detection process of a railway track, a total station needs to move along the track direction, geometrical state parameters of the track are acquired, and the total station needs to be reliably fixed and leveled on a carrying traveling device. The total station leveling and fixing device comprises a total station fixing bracket and an adjusting rod, wherein the total station fixing bracket is arranged on a longitudinal beam of the measurement trolley through a spherical hinge; the adjusting rod is hinged to one side of the top edge of the fixing bracket and is hinged to an adjusting rod supporting seat on a connecting rod of a cross beam of the measurement trolley through the bottom end; the adjusting rod is a telescopic sleeve rod, and an adjusting knob used for adjusting the length of the adjusting rod is arranged on the rod. The total station leveling and fixing device is lighter in dead weight and simple in structure, the total station is leveled and fixed through the adjusting rod and a mounting platform, and guarantee in measurement accuracy and reliability is provided for the track measurement of the total station.
