The invention provides a paving method of a water-permeable pavement. The paving method comprises the following steps: (1) connecting a plurality of water-permeable pipes with the bottom ends connected with bottom supports, air-permeable pipes, and supporting frames vertically arranged to form water-permeable brackets, and connecting the plurality of water-permeable brackets into a large area; (2) paving a gravel graded layer on a soil layer of the ground, putting the water-permeable brackets on the gravel graded layer and burying the bottom supports in the gravel graded layer; (3) filling the water-permeable brackets with concrete grout, enabling the concrete grout to be condensed into concrete plate blocks and forming a water-permeable layer; and (4) spraying resin covering paint on the surface layer of the water-permeable pavement. The paving method provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure of the water-permeable pavement is relatively stable and the water-permeable performance and the water storage performance of the water-permeable pavement are enhanced.
