The invention discloses an inclined tool clamping wheel for a fiber shearing mechanism. The inclined tool clamping wheel comprises a tool clamping wheel sleeved on a driving shaft, wherein the tool clamping wheel is formed by combining a knife rest assembly I and a knife rest assembly II; a plurality of clamping bevels with the same slope are arranged on the knife rest assembly I and the knife rest assembly II in a matched manner; the knife rest assembly I and the knife rest assembly II are folded and spliced together through the bevels and clamp blades in the bevels, and included angles of 9-10 degrees are formed between the blades and the driving shaft. The inclined tool clamping wheel is mainly used for shearing fibers which are extruded by rubber wheels. As the blades are inclined, when the tool clamping wheel is contacted with the rubber wheel, the mechanism is operated more stably than the tool clamping wheel with a horizontally mounted blade, so the vibration is small; moreover, the lengths of the parts where the blades and the fibers are contacted are increased, and the service lives of the blades are prolonged.
