Reverse splicing construction method for steel box girder
The invention discloses a reverse splicing construction method for a steel box girder. A reverse splicing method is adopted for splicing the steel box girder, a front jig frame of a bridge deck is manufactured according to parameters of a three-dimensional model diagram of the steel box girder, and workpieces of the steel box girder are reversely spliced on the front jig frame. The method comprises the following specific splicing steps: reversely splicing the bridge deck, piecewise spot-welding the bridge deck into a whole after the bridge deck is spliced, scribing the bridge deck to mark the workpiece positions of partition plates, webs, U-shaped ribs and a rib plate, splicing the middle web, the partition plates, the webs on the two sides and the U-shaped ribs, splicing a bridge bottom plate, and finally splicing the rib plate; after the workpieces are spliced, piecewise performing weld reinforcement treatment on the steel box girder. According to the method, an upward splicing manner for the workpieces is replaced by a downward splicing manner, and overhead welding is replaced by flat welding, so that the splicing and welding working efficiency of the steel box girder is improved, and the labor intensity of a technical worker is reduced.
