The invention discloses a reinforcement and reconstruction method of a bridge deck structure of a prestressed concrete trussed combination arch bridge. On the basis of the invention, a supporting structure which is additionally arranged below a bridge deck substrate can effectively provide an additional support to a bridge deck slab, and a reinforced concrete structure composite layer which is formed above the bridge deck substrate by pouring is capable of changing an original one-way power transmission bridge deck slab to a two-way power transmission bridge deck slab, and therefore the bridge deck structure bearing capacity is effectively improved; moreover, a water board, kerbs, an edge banding beam and the like which are arranged above a pavement reinforced concrete cantilever beam of both sides of a bridge and the reinforced concrete structure composite layer are integrally formed by pouring, and the whole lateral bending resisting stiffness of the bridge deck structure is also improved, so that the ability that the bridge structure resists the lateral deformation is further improved.
