The double avoiding mechanism comprises a fixing bracket, wherein a rotating seat is fixedly mounted on the fixing bracket, the middle part of the rotating seat is hinged to the lower end of a rotating upper seat, and a first spring is arranged between the middle part of the rotating upper seat and the outer end of the rotating seat; a casing pipe is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the rotating upper seat, a sliding shaft is arranged in the casing pipe, the rear end of the sliding shaft is in the casing pipe, a resetting device is arranged in the casing pipe, and the front end of the sliding shaft is arranged outside the sliding shaft; a front end water pipe is fixedly mounted outside the front end of the sliding shaft, a rear end water pipe is fixedly mounted on the casing pipe, and a U-shaped water pipe is arranged between the front end water pipe and the rear end water pipe. Through the use of the double avoiding mechanism disclosed by the invention, a barrier in front of the vehicle can be avoided, and when the barrier in the side direction collides with the vehicle, the sliding shaft can move towards the inner side of the vehicle in the direction of the casing pipe, so that the side spray rod is prevented from collision damage, and the maintenance cost is saved.
