Disclosed is a blowing and suction machine with a function that the air speed of an air outlet can be changed. The blowing and suction machine comprises a machine body and a hollow air blowing pipe. Air blown out by the machine body passes through the air blowing pipe, the air outlet is formed in the other end of the air blowing pipe, and an adjusting assembly which is used for adjusting the air outlet area of the air outlet is arranged at the position of the air outlet. The adjusting assembly comprises a fixed shaft, air baffles, sliding pins and sliding grooves, wherein the two ends of the fixed shaft are fixed to the inner side wall of the air blowing pipe, one end of each air baffle is connected with the fixed shaft in a rotating mode, the sliding pins are fixed to the air baffles, the sliding grooves are formed in the circumferential side wall of the air blowing pipe, and the sliding pins penetrate through the sliding grooves and are arranged in the sliding grooves in a sliding mode. When the sliding pins slide in the sliding grooves, the air baffles can rotate around the fixed shaft, at least parts of the air baffles cover the air outlet, the covering area is changed along with rotation of the air baffles, a user only needs to adjust the rotation positions of the air baffles to enable the airflow density in the air outlet to be changed, and therefore the effect that the air speed of the air outlet is changed is achieved.
