The invention provides a cylindrical-pile and insertion-plate revetment structure. The structure comprises a plurality of cylindrical piles arranged along the revetment. The cylindrical piles are disposed on the inside of a revetment platform, insertion grooves are formed in the two sides of the tops of the cylindrical piles, an insertion plate is arranged between every two adjacent cylindrical piles, the insertion plates are inserted in the insertion grooves to be snapped and connected with the cylindrical piles into a whole, the tops of the insertion plates are flush with the tops of the cylindrical piles, and top guide girders are arranged at the common tops formed by the insertion plates and the cylindrical piles. By means of the structure, the large-diameter cylindrical piles are used, so that horizontal force resistant and side sliding resistant capacities are improved, the rigidity is larger than that of traditional square piles, the pile top displacement is reduced greatly through identical side horizontal force, the vertical bearing force is improved due to the inner and outer friction earth blockage effect, and accordingly, displacement and sinking of adjacent original engineering foundations are prevented, and the structure is an optimized pile foundation form. The structure also has the advantages of being capable of saving construction costs and the like and solving the problem of construction under the ordinary water level, outstanding in anti-side-sliding resistance and implementable in large scale.
