The invention combines the land reclamation epeirogenic engineering technology with the salt-tolerant plant greening technology for raising the beach face elevation of the land reclamation area intertidal zone for satisfying the growing requirement of the salt-tolerant plant and fast afforesting the intertidal zone. By consulting the cofferdams reclaimed project and adopting the principle of on-site mud balance, excavation and filling combination and flexible landscaping, the preset cement components with certain shape and size are adopted and spliced together in the intertidal zone according to the landscaping requirement, the amphibious excavator is adopted for filling the seabeach sludge after that the cement components are fixed, the salt-tolerant plant, as spartina growing in the intertidal zone is transplanted after that the seabeach sludge is filled. The muddy tidal flats fast afforestation technology for land reclamation epeirogenic area can quickly solve the problems that the land reclamation area intertidal zone forming time is short, the recovery time depending on natural ecology is long and the existing greening technology cannot meet the greening construction requirement of the region.
