The invention relates to a construction method for paving a large-scale bagged sand quilt in a silt region. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, firstly, bag bodies are flatly paved and unfolded on land, and in addition, the bag bodies are rolled into a round tube shape; 2, the rolled tubular bag bodies are put in the silt region, and the opening edges, exposed in the length direction, of the tubular bag bodies are enabled to be coincident with the preset positioning edge lines of the silt region; 3, a tensioning rope is used for tightly pulling the exposed opening edges, exposed in the length direction, of the tubular bag bodies, and the unfolding direction of the tubular bag bodies is controlled to be along the axial line direction of the sand quilt; 4, a sand filling pipe is inserted into an unfolded bag body part for filling, and each tubular bag body is gradually unfolded along the axial line direction of the sand quilt along the filling process; 5, along with the bag body unfolding, the position of each sand filling pipe inserted into the bag body is regulated, silt is continuously loaded into the bag bodies until the bag bodies are completely unfolded and reach the designed filling degree. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that simplicity is realized, the implementation is easy, in addition, the construction process is safe and reliable, and workers do not need to enter water.
