The invention provides a sinking pipe soil withdrawing and cast-in-place rectangular supporting pile diaphragm wall. The sinking pipe soil withdrawing and cast-in-place rectangular supporting pile diaphragm wall is characterized in that a combined diaphragm wall is arranged at the outer side of a foundation pipe, wherein the combined diaphragm wall comprises a parallel, sinking pipe soil withdrawing and cast-in-place reinforced concrete supporting piles with rectangular sections and 1 to 4 rows of lapped cement mixing piles or cement jet grouting piles; the long side of the rectangular cross section of each supporting pile is 600 to 1200mm, the short side is 200 to 700mm, and each pile is 10 to 30m in length; each cement mixing pile or cement jet grouting pile is 500 to 1200mm in diameter and 10 to 25m in length. Compared with the existing general foundation pit supporting scheme, the method has the advantages that the construction process is simple; the quantity of used concrete and steel is reduced by 30%, the construction cost is reduced by 25%, the construction is free of slurry pollution, the noise is low, the environment is protected, the energy is saved, and the urban construction in coastal soft soil regions is met.
