The invention relates to intelligent pile machine equipment and a method. The intelligent pile machine equipment comprises a mast guide rail and a segmental drilling rod, wherein a power head, a power mechanism and a guide base are mounted on the mast guide rail in sequence from top to bottom; a pile is arranged in the guide base; the power mechanism drives the pile to move; a laser photosensitive element is arranged on the pile; the segmental drilling rod is matched with the power head; a helical drilling head is arranged at the lower end of the segmental drilling rod; the power head drives the helical drilling head to drill a hole through the segmental drilling rod; a nozzle and a soil pressure sensor are respectively mounted on the segmental drilling rod; the soil pressure sensor feeds back an underground soil pressure monitoring condition to a guniting control system; the guniting control system controls a high-pressure pump to output matching pressure to enable mud to be sprayed out through the nozzle. By combination of multiple structures, the equipment integrates the whole pile forming technical process of pile pressing, pile connection and grouting, so that the space is saved, the equipment cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; meanwhile, functions of bearing capacity estimation of the pile in the pile connection process, verticality monitoring of the pile and error correction can be realized, and the pile forming quality is guaranteed.
